Each video's length, format, voice and rounds of changes, the delivery date and the tax are agreed in your brief, in writing. Longer work, such as a product tour series or videos in several languages, is quoted per brief.

No. We record in a demo account, or swap names, numbers and emails for sample data before anything is animated, so no real customer appears on screen. You send screenshots or a demo login, along with your logo, colours and fonts, and we check every frame for stray personal data before delivery.
Each video's length is agreed in your brief before we start. For feeds and ads, 15 to 30 seconds usually works, because the hook and the fix have to land before a viewer scrolls on. Feature explainers often run a little longer, and a product tour for your website or a sales follow-up can run to about a minute.
