Measured. Carbon management services for India and the GCC
Carbon management with Phace Two measures, cuts and reports your business's footprint, with AI doing the paperwork and a person checking every figure. AI reads bills, fuel logs and invoices into an emissions ledger counted to the GHG Protocol across Scope 1, 2 and 3. We cost a reduction plan and prepare reports such as BRSR for businesses across India and the GCC.
More buyers, lenders and listed customers now ask what your carbon footprint is.
Most growing businesses can't answer yet. The data sits in electricity bills, fuel logs, travel claims and supplier invoices, and nobody owns it.
AI makes that data usable. It reads bills, logs and invoices, pulls out the quantities, sorts supplier spend into the GHG Protocol's Scope 3 categories and flags gaps, such as a missing month or a meter reading that jumps. A person checks every line against its source document and the emission factor applied, so you get a footprint you can defend: Scope 1, Scope 2 and the Scope 3 categories that matter.
Then we make it useful. You get a reduction plan with the cost and saving beside each step, from energy efficiency and solar to fleet and supplier changes, and reports such as BRSR in India and the ESG questionnaires Gulf customers send. AI drafts the narrative, a person checks every figure and claim, and you sign off what's published.

What does AI-assisted carbon management cover, step by step?

- 01
AI-read emissions ledger
Bills, fuel logs and invoices read by AI into one ledger, every line checked by a person and traced to its source document.
- 02
Carbon footprint to the GHG Protocol
Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions counted with published emission factors, including the Scope 3 categories that matter in your value chain.
- 03
Reduction roadmap
Energy, solar, fleet, logistics and supplier changes ranked by cost, saving and tonnes cut. AI helps compare scenarios; you choose what to commit to.
- 04
BRSR & ESG reporting
The environment sections of BRSR, ESG questionnaires and customer surveys filled from the same ledger. AI drafts the text, and a person checks every figure.
- 05
Supplier data requests
Questionnaires and help for key suppliers, with replies read into the ledger by AI, so your Scope 3 rests on real data instead of averages.
- 06
Offsets & clean energy advice
Renewable energy certificates and verified carbon credits for what's left after real reductions, bought in your company's name from the seller you choose.
Five steps. No surprises.
Every stage has an owner, a deliverable and a sign-off, all agreed with you before it starts.
Scope
We agree the boundary: which sites, vehicles, activities and suppliers count, and which year is your base year.
Collect
You share bills, logs and invoices. AI reads them into the ledger and flags gaps, and a person checks every line.
Calculate
Activity data converted to emissions with published factors across Scope 1, 2 and 3, each figure traced to its document.
Plan & act
A reduction roadmap with costs, savings and tonnes beside each step, agreed with you, then help running the changes.
Report
Your footprint and progress written up for BRSR, ESG surveys and customers. AI drafts, a person checks and you sign off.

It's measuring the greenhouse gases your business is responsible for, setting a plan to cut them, and reporting progress honestly. In practice that means a yearly carbon footprint, a costed reduction roadmap and the reports your customers, lenders or regulators ask for.
Scope 1 covers emissions from fuel you burn yourself, in generators, boilers and company vehicles. Scope 2 covers the electricity and heat you buy. Scope 3 covers everything else in your value chain, from purchased goods and freight to business travel and how customers use your products. For most businesses Scope 3 is the largest share.
Listed companies in SEBI's top 1,000 by market capitalisation file a Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR), which includes emissions. Many of them now ask their suppliers for emissions data too, which is how smaller and unlisted businesses are being asked for a footprint.
Mostly with the paperwork. AI reads electricity bills, fuel logs, travel claims and supplier invoices, pulls out quantities and dates, sorts spend into Scope 3 categories and flags gaps or odd readings. A person checks every line against its source and the emission factor used. AI never picks a factor or signs off a figure on its own.
Usually 4 to 8 weeks for a single-site business with its bills and logs to hand. Several sites, a large fleet or a detailed Scope 3 take longer, and the date is agreed in your written scope.
It depends on how many sites, vehicles and suppliers are in scope and which reports you need. You get a written quote after a short call about your business, before any work starts.
