Modules and migration set the price. A first module with its foundation starts from ₹4 lakh, each further module from ₹2 lakh, four to six linked modules with migration from ₹12 lakh, and quotations with automatic invoices from ₹1 lakh. In the UAE: AED 20,000, AED 10,000, AED 60,000 and AED 5,000, the same in QAR or SAR. Prices are before GST (18%) in India and before VAT where it applies in the Gulf. Our care plan starts from ₹10,000 a month (AED 500 a month in the UAE).
Often, yes, if it has an API or an export we can read. We can add an assistant that answers questions from its data, cash and stock forecasts, alerts on unusual entries, and invoice reading that turns a PDF into a draft entry. The AI never posts to your books or messages a customer on its own: a person approves each change, and every suggestion is logged.
Packaged ERPs charge by the user and suit teams whose process fits their modules; for a small team they usually cost less than any custom build. A custom ERP costs more up front but has no per-user fees, and fits processes a package bends, such as branch rules across India and the Gulf. Invoices need your GSTIN or VAT number, the tax fields and a numbering series. In India, businesses above the e-invoicing turnover threshold report business-to-business invoices to an Invoice Registration Portal. Saudi Arabia has phased in e-invoicing under ZATCA's FATOORA rules since 2021, and the UAE makes it mandatory through Accredited Service Providers from 2027, largest businesses first. Yes. We map your ledgers, customers, items and open balances, and AI helps match messy records, such as one customer spelt three ways, for a person to confirm. Both systems then run side by side for a closing period, so your accountant checks the numbers before you switch. Migration from one source is part of the four-to-six-module build.
You do. The source code, the data and the AI prompts and settings are yours, hosted in your company's own cloud account, where AI usage is billed at cost, with our access documented and removable at any time. We use AI services that don't train their models on your records, and there are no per-user licence fees to us.
