    Overview

On a crowded shelf you get a few seconds.

If a shopper can't tell what you are, why you're better and which variant they're holding from two metres away, the pack beside yours gets the sale.

We design packs for how they are bought: a front panel that reads at distance, a variant system that scales across the range and labels that fit FSSAI declarations without wrecking the design. AI speeds up the middle of the job. Concepts are rendered photoreal on shelf, in hand and as marketplace tiles, so you judge real-looking packs, and test them in pre-launch ads, before any stock is printed.

The unglamorous part stays with people: dielines to your converter's specs, colour, barcodes and printer proofs, with an AI-assisted proofread across every SKU before a designer signs each panel off. Kerala food, spice, tea and beauty brands selling into the GCC get bilingual Arabic and English packs designed from the start, with the regulatory text supplied by their importer, plus the catalogues and point-of-sale material that go with a launch.

    What’s included

What does a packaging design company in Kerala design for you?

    1. 01

      Label design to FSSAI rules

A front panel that reads in seconds, then the mandatory details laid out to the FSSAI labelling and Legal Metrology rules, signed off by your food technologist.

    2. 02

      Range and variant systems

One system for colour coding, variant names and hierarchy, so the fifteenth SKU looks as planned as the first and the range blocks together on shelf.

    3. 03

      Bilingual Arabic and English packs

GCC-ready layouts with Arabic set right to left in matched weights, checked by a native reader, with regulatory text from your importer.

    4. 04

      Structure and dielines

Boxes, pouches, jars, sleeves and mailers, with dielines built to your converter's specs and checked against a physical sample.

    5. 05

      AI pack renders before print

Photoreal renders of every pack on shelf, in hand and as marketplace listing images, built from the approved artwork so they match what ships.

    6. 06

      Catalogues and point of sale

Catalogues, brochures, shelf talkers and POS in the same system as the packs, pre-press checked and proofed with your printer.

    Process

    Four steps. No surprises.

Every stage has an owner, a deliverable and a sign-off, all agreed with you before it starts.

    01

    Shelf audit

We gather your category from real shelves and marketplaces, and AI helps sort the packs by colour, claim and layout so the gap is easy to see.

    02

    Concepts

Two or three design directions on the hero SKU, each rendered with AI in shelf and phone-screen context for you to compare.

    03

    Range rollout

The chosen route extended across every SKU, size and language version, with renders of the full range.

    04

    Pre-press

An AI-assisted proofread across SKUs, then a person checks dielines, colour, barcodes and legal text, and approves proofs with your printer before the run.

By scope: how many SKUs and sizes, whether we design the structure or work to an existing dieline, how many language versions you need and how many renders and listing images go with the packs. After a short call and a look at your current packs, we send a written quote with the timeline, before any work starts.

No, because for most packaged foods FSSAI doesn't approve label or pack designs before they are printed. Its Labelling and Display Regulations, 2020 set what a label must say, the food business is responsible for following them, and food safety officers check packs on sale. We lay out the mandatory details to those regulations and the Legal Metrology rules, and your food technologist or regulatory consultant signs off the text before the print run.

Yes. GCC labelling standards require Arabic on food and many consumer products, so both languages are designed into the layout from day one instead of squeezed in later. Arabic is set right to left in matched weights and checked by a native reader. The final regulatory text comes from your importer or compliance consultant, and we set it exactly as supplied.

Yes. Every concept is rendered photoreal on shelf, in hand and as a marketplace tile, so you judge it as a shopper would. The same renders become Amazon, Flipkart and online store images and pre-launch ads. We build them from the approved artwork so they match what ships, and still check colour on a printer's proof, because a screen can't show ink on board.

We design the packaging, labels and 3D renders for physical products, and the screens of digital products through our UI/UX design work. We don't do industrial or mould design, so the shape of the product itself needs an industrial designer, and we're happy to work alongside one.

A single label can be print-ready in two to three weeks. A full range with structure, variants and bilingual versions typically takes three to five weeks, plus the printer's proofing time. AI renders shorten the concept stage, because a direction can be approved without printing samples, but pre-press checks and proofs are never rushed.
