About Phace Two
5 questionsWe're an AI-first team building for businesses across India and the GCC, from builders, schools and clinics to retailers, resorts and Gulf service companies.
18 services in three groups, all AI-based. Grow: performance marketing, social media marketing and SEO & AI search. Brand: branding, packaging design, video production, AI video creation and SaaS explainer videos. Build: web creation, e-commerce development, UI/UX design, CRM development, custom web, ERP development, AI automation, mobile app creation, carbon management and IT support & managed services.
In every service, with a person in charge. AI drafts, generates, tests and checks: website and app code reviewed by engineers, ad creative tested against itself, films generated scene by scene from an approved script and labelled AI-made, pages written so ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews can quote you. A person approves anything AI writes for a customer before it goes out.
Yes. We work with businesses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait on websites, apps, AI video, marketing and software. Calls run in Gulf hours, and as we don't have a Gulf office, we travel for kick-offs and shoots when a project needs it.
Strategists, designers, film-makers, engineers and media buyers work as one team. Strategy, design, film, code and media sit in the same room, so ideas survive the hand-offs and nobody gets to blame another agency.
Working with us
5 questionsTell us where you want to be in 12 months, through the contact form, WhatsApp or a call. A strategist replies within one working day, and after a short call the plan, the numbers and the team follow in writing within 48 hours.
In five steps: discover, strategise, create, launch and scale. A working session and an audit come first, then a written plan with the costs before any work starts, then the build with a review at every milestone, a checked launch, and weekly optimisation with a monthly review after it.
Tracking and first ad tests usually go live in week one or two. Brand identities typically take 4–6 weeks, business websites 4 to 8 weeks and a first version of a custom CRM 6 to 12 weeks. SEO is slower: technical and local fixes move in 4–8 weeks, competitive terms in 3–6 months.
Tracking and first tests usually go live in week one or two. Expect a clear read on cost per lead within 30 days, and steadier numbers by day 60–90 as the platforms' AI learns from enough conversions. New markets and seasonal peaks can stretch that.
Not if it's done properly. We crawl your current site and map every URL that earns traffic or links to its new home; AI suggests the matches and a person checks each one. Then we set up 301 redirects, keep the content that already ranks and watch Search Console closely for the weeks after launch.
Prices and payment
6 questionsIt depends on scope. Builds have published starting prices: business websites from ₹60,000 (AED 8,000 in the UAE), Shopify stores from ₹1.2 lakh, custom software from ₹2 lakh and mobile apps from ₹4 lakh. Branding, video, social media and SEO are quoted to the brief after a short call. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms. You get a written quote before anything starts.
No. Indian prices are before 18% GST, and Gulf prices are before VAT where it applies; a VAT-registered UAE business usually accounts for the VAT itself under the reverse charge, as our outsourcing guide explains.
Not from us: the starting price is the smallest scope we'd sell. Template sites elsewhere start lower, and our cost guide shows what each kind of site costs and what you give up.
Hosting, domains, store and app fees, Meta's message fees, call minutes, model usage and licences are billed at cost, in your name. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google from your own accounts and is separate from our fee.
Gulf prices are fixed figures set for Gulf projects, the same number in dirhams, Qatari riyals and Saudi riyals, never a live conversion of the rupee price. Your quote lists what the project includes, such as meetings in UAE hours, the payment gateways it needs and the VAT fields on its invoices.
A flat monthly fee for an agreed scope, never a percentage of spend, so we gain nothing by inflating your budget. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google from your own accounts and is separate from our fee. You get a written quote after a short call about your goals and markets.
AI, with people in charge
5 questionsRules run on their own and every run is logged, so anyone can see what ran and why. Anything AI writes for a customer, a reply, a message or a status change, waits in an approval screen for a person. AI never makes a customer-facing decision alone, and an AI that speaks to customers says it is one and hands over to a person when asked.
No. AI helps us explore: it drafts naming long lists, builds moodboards in many directions and renders mock-ups of the identity on real touchpoints. The logo itself is drawn in vector by a designer, because raw AI images can echo existing marks and their copyright status is still unsettled. You get an original mark you can own outright and take to a trademark attorney.
Every film we deliver with generated scenes is labelled AI-made, on screen or in its caption as agreed in the brief. When you post it, we tell you which disclosure setting to switch on, because YouTube and Meta both ask for realistic AI-generated or altered content to be disclosed. AI voices are disclosed too, so nobody mistakes a generated voice for a real person.
Partly drafted by it, never published by it. AI helps with research, calendar drafts, first-draft captions and the slow parts of editing. A person rewrites captions in your voice, an editor finishes every reel, and you approve the month before anything goes live. No post and no reply goes out without a person reading it first.
In India, commercial calls and messages fall under TRAI's rules, and personal data under the consent rules of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. The UAE and Saudi Arabia each have a Personal Data Protection Law. In practice, customers should be told they're talking to an AI, consent and recording settings should be agreed before launch, and a person should be reachable on request. A legal adviser confirms the details.
Ownership and data
5 questionsYou do. Ad accounts, pixels, analytics, domains, design files and source code are set up in your business's name or handed over on completion. If we ever part ways, you keep everything, including the campaign history your future marketing depends on.
You do. The source code and every lead, chat and call record sit in your own cloud account, so nothing walks out of the door when staff or suppliers change. AI services are used under business terms that keep your data out of their model training, and you can switch the AI features off at any time without losing a record.
Yes. On final payment, the intellectual property in the final identity and every source file (Illustrator, PDF, SVG and PNG) transfer to you, along with the guidelines and the prompt kit. Fonts and any stock images are licensed in your name or listed in the guidelines, so your team knows what to renew and when.
You own the final videos outright. Raw footage is archived and available on request, and talent and music rights are cleared for the platforms and period agreed in the brief. Everyone who appears on camera signs a release before the shoot, and if their voice will be dubbed with AI, the release says so in writing.
We keep personal data out of AI services unless a feature needs it, run what we can on the phone itself, and use cloud AI providers that don't train on your data. The app asks for consent in plain words, in line with India's data protection law and the Gulf's, and every AI feature is logged so you can see what it saw.
Websites, apps and software
5 questionsLayouts and content drive the price. A custom-designed business website starts from ₹60,000 for up to 8 pages, plus ₹5,000 a page after that, so 15 pages start from ₹95,000. A Next.js site with a headless CMS starts from ₹2 lakh for up to 15 pages. In the UAE: from AED 8,000 and AED 15,000. Care plans start from ₹3,000 a month, billed yearly (AED 500 a month in the UAE). Prices are before GST (18%) in India and before VAT where it applies in the Gulf.
WordPress suits content-heavy sites where your team publishes often and wants familiar tools. Next.js suits sites where speed, custom features, an AI assistant or scale matter, paired with a headless CMS for editing. Both can be fast and well optimised; the right choice depends on who will update the site and what it needs to do.
If your process fits a standard pipeline and your team is small, Zoho or HubSpot is often the faster, cheaper answer, and both now include AI features. A custom CRM makes sense when you pay per seat for features you don't use, your process doesn't fit their model, or you need deep WhatsApp, portal or Malayalam support. Compare three-year costs, with every seat counted, before you decide.
Often a web app or PWA is enough: it's faster to build, updated instantly and free of store approvals. You need a store app for heavy offline use, frequent push notifications, on-device AI that works without a signal, or deep device features like Bluetooth or background location.
Usually, yes. Bookings, approvals, job tracking, stock and reports are good candidates. We start with the spreadsheet that causes the most pain, replace it first and import its history. AI can then answer questions such as “which jobs are late this week?” from the same data, with each answer linked to the records behind it.
Marketing and AI search
5 questionsGEO is making a site easy for AI engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews to understand, trust and quote. In practice: clear answers near the top of pages, structured data, consistent business information across the web and mentions on sites those engines already cite. It builds on SEO rather than replacing it.
Technical fixes and local SEO can move within 4–8 weeks. Competitive terms usually take 3–6 months of consistent work. AI answers often draw on pages that already rank and are widely mentioned, so citations tend to build on the same work. Anyone promising page one in two weeks is selling something else.
No, and nobody honestly can. Google doesn't sell positions, and AI engines choose their own sources. We commit to the work, the fixes and transparent monthly numbers, and agree target searches, buyer prompts and traffic goals with you up front.
Facebook and Instagram ads whose button opens a WhatsApp chat with the business instead of a form. They suit considered purchases such as property, education, clinics and cars, where buyers want to ask before they commit. Paired with a CRM, every chat can be traced back to the ad that started it.
Yes. AI drafts Malayalam and English captions quickly, but machine Malayalam can read stiff or miss an idiom, so a person rewrites each caption before you see it. We choose the language by audience: Malayalam for many local buyers, English for Gulf and B2B accounts, and sometimes both on one post.
Brand, packaging and video
5 questionsMost identity projects take 4–6 weeks from the first workshop to final guidelines. Naming adds time, because shortlisted names need domain, handle and trademark checks before anyone commits to one. A rebrand with a large rollout across signage, fleet and packaging takes longer, so it is planned in phases that keep the business running through the change.
If customers already recognise you and the problem is inconsistency or dated execution, a refresh usually fixes it while keeping the equity you've built. If your positioning has changed, whether that's a new market, a new price point or a move into the Gulf, a rebrand is usually the better call. The discovery workshop ends with a straight recommendation either way.
Film it when buyers need to see your real product, premises or people, because their trust depends on it. Choose AI when the idea needs places, seasons or scale you can't easily film, or many versions fast. Many projects mix both: a shoot for the product and generated scenes around it. Our AI video creation page explains how those films are made and labelled.
Yes. GCC labelling standards require Arabic on food and many consumer products, so both languages are designed into the layout from day one instead of squeezed in later. Arabic is set right to left in matched weights and checked by a native reader. The final regulatory text comes from your importer or compliance consultant, and we set it exactly as supplied.
Yes. We shoot on location in factories, showrooms, restaurants and resorts, and do tabletop product work in-house. GCC brands can ship products to us for product shoots, and on-location shoots in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or elsewhere in the GCC are scoped per project, including permits and local crew where needed.
